Cancellation policy
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it by contacting us. Three (3) days before a subscription renews, we'll send you a renewal reminder email.
If you wish to change payment details of your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
Refunds and Cancellation
We only issue refunds for some services. Before you cancel, review our refund policies below:
- Annual plans cancelled within 90 days of purchase may be refunded, less the rate of $50 per month of occupancy.
- Annual plans cancelled after 90 days of purchase may not be subject to a refund.
- We do not offer refunds on Monthly plans.
- All subscriptions are independent from each other and are set to auto-renew. Cancelling one subscription doesn’t automatically cancel or refund your other subscriptions.
